AFI Protocol (Artificial Financial Intelligence) is a DeFi protocol that builds Proof-of-Reserve (POR) infrastructure for Real-World Assets (RWAs). It bridges institutional-grade financial instruments with the transparency and composability of decentralized finance.

By tokenizing real-world assets — such as money market funds, treasuries, and other yield-bearing instruments — AFI Protocol allows DeFi users to earn verified, sustainable yield that is backed by on-chain Proof-of-Reserve attestations. Every vault on AFI Protocol maintains a verifiable reserve, meaning users always know what backs their deposits.

Proof-of-Reserve vaults are smart-contract-based investment pools where every unit of deposit is backed by a verified, on-chain attestation of the underlying real-world asset reserve. AFI Protocol currently offers two primary vaults:

• afiUSD — A POR-USD Vault developed in collaboration with the Pendle Ecosystem, offering an APY of approximately 8.67%. It is deployed on Ethereum and currently holds over $1.13M in TVL.
• afi-rwaUSDi — A POR Vault built in partnership with Multipli, live on Ethereum, Monad, and Base networks, with over $225M in TVL and additional reward incentives from both AFI Protocol and Multipli.

Both vaults allow users to deposit stablecoins and receive yield derived from underlying real-world asset positions, with full reserve transparency.

Getting started with AFI Protocol is straightforward. Follow these steps:

• Connect your wallet — Click the "Connect" button in the top navigation. AFI Protocol supports popular wallets including MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, and WalletConnect-compatible wallets.
• Choose a vault — Browse the available Proof-of-Reserve vaults on the main Invest page. Review each vault's TVL, APY, supported networks, and partner information.
• Select your network — Ensure your wallet is set to a supported network (Ethereum, Base, or Monad, depending on the vault).
• Deposit stablecoins — Click "Invest" on your chosen vault and follow the on-screen prompts to approve and deposit your assets.
• Earn yield — Once deposited, your assets begin generating yield automatically. You can track performance in the Portfolio section.

No minimum investment amounts apply — anyone with a compatible wallet can participate in AFI Protocol vaults.

AFI Protocol currently operates across three blockchain networks:

• Ethereum — The primary network for both the afiUSD and afi-rwaUSDi vaults, providing maximum security and liquidity.
• Base — Coinbase's Layer 2 network, supported by the afi-rwaUSDi vault for lower transaction costs and faster settlement.
• Monad — A high-performance EVM-compatible chain, also supported by the afi-rwaUSDi vault, enabling high-throughput and efficient DeFi interactions.

Multi-chain support allows AFI Protocol users to choose the network that best suits their preferences for cost, speed, and ecosystem participation. The protocol continues to evaluate additional networks for future expansion.

AFI Protocol rewards active participants through a Points system and a Referral program designed to incentivize long-term engagement with the protocol:

• Points — Users earn AFI Protocol Points by depositing into vaults, holding vault tokens, and participating in ecosystem activities. Points accumulate over time and may be redeemable for future protocol rewards or governance participation. Track your Points balance in the dedicated Points section of the platform.
• Referral Program — Share your unique referral link with friends and earn bonus Points or yield boosts when referred users invest in AFI Protocol vaults. The more active your referrals, the greater your ongoing rewards.
• Partner Rewards — The afi-rwaUSDi vault also distributes dual rewards — from both AFI Protocol and partner Multipli — giving depositors additional incentive layers beyond base APY.

AFI Protocol places security and transparency at the core of its infrastructure. The Proof-of-Reserve (POR) system provides cryptographic on-chain verification that the assets held in each vault are fully backed by the corresponding real-world reserves at all times.

• On-chain attestations — Reserve data is published on-chain, allowing anyone to verify that the protocol's liabilities do not exceed its verified assets.
• Smart contract audits — AFI Protocol protocol contracts are reviewed by reputable security firms. Refer to the official documentation at docs.afiprotocol.xyz for audit reports.
• Institutional partners — AFI Protocol partners with established DeFi and TradFi entities (such as Pendle and Multipli) that maintain their own compliance and risk management frameworks.
• No custody risk — Vault deposits are managed by audited smart contracts; AFI Protocol does not hold user funds in a centralized manner.
